July 23 2025 had another company come to home for AC maintenance and repair leak at fitting to drain pipe. They could not fix leak. left us with no AC in over 110 degree heat index. July 24, 2025 Eades sent tech who stopped the leak an got us AC
just in time for another hot day. Based on this, we called Ron at Eades. Ron came over and gave us a reasonable quote on new AC system. Ron also explained current setup problems. Ron and crew came out July 30, 2025 and installed great new installed new air conditioner system plus corrected previous design flaws. The bill for Eades tech who stopped leak was less than bill from another company who had no staff with ability to stop leak.
