We had an unexpected death in our extended family and wanted some type of floral arrangement to mark the grave. However, the family was overseas, and I was out of state trying to help a grieving family member. We couldn't have found a better florist. Penny listened compassionately as I explained the situation. She patiently explained options and offered ideas (All she had to work with was a couple of colors they requested). Penny made a beautiful basket arrangement with a hook. Then she went above and beyond and took pictures at the gravesite so the family could feel connected. Fast forward one year to the anniversary, I reached out again to Penny and she made another basket that the family loved! (Not an easy task when you don't know what you want exactly.)
