I reached out to Dr. Hein after a recommendation and was highly disappointed in expertise and professionalism. I was spoke to through her assistant and was given no feedback, was not offered a consultation, and was originally told they had no recommendations. After I asked for further assistance I was given information that did not apply to my situation which shows I was clearly not listened to. I offered to clarify, forward emails, and send photos and was told no. I never spoke to Dr. Hein but I would recommend looking elsewhere for your needs as this was not a welcoming, friendly environment by any means.
