Extremely strange! In the realm of job interviews, one might expect a certain degree of predictability. Yet, my recent encounter with Valor Systems shattered any preconceived notions of the typical hiring process.It all began with a promising phone call between myself and Angie (President), our conversation flowing effortlessly as we delved into discussions about the role, the company culture, and mutual aspirations.
