I’ve been working with her, rather, she’s been my sales rep for yearssss. There was a time when I’d spend over an hour in Ulta EVERY week, to “skin test” various makeup and perfume products. (My spending is more “under control,” so I’m not there AS much. lol.)

I came in today for help matching foundation. Jocelyn was super helpful and friendly. She even looked up which locations had the product in stock since this location was out of it. I would definitely come back to see her in the future.
I went in initially for a cut, and I got the pleasure of meeting Ms. Mia. She gave me the most beautiful cut for me. After I booked color with her, because I was so happy with my cut. Shes such a beautiful person, very kind, very welcoming, and absolutely talented with her skill level. I love my color and my cut so much and I am so happy that I found her.
