I tried for weeks to get a fan replaced on my cpu. Everywhere I asked had a two week turnaround time. I spoke to Tim about my issue and made arrangements to have the cpu fixed. His timeframe for the repair was same day and I was skeptical. He was able to get the part same day and made the repair within an hours time. The cost for the repair was less than any other place quoted me for diagnosis without repair. I would give 6 stars if I could.
My whole network crashed and I had been on with tech support for hours and hours. Finally called these guys and Tim had me up and running right away. Quick response and very knowledgeable. A++
Tim was everything I could have asked for. Responsive, quick to reply and extremely helpful. I called him to help me with a home network issue and he was able to come same day to help me out. Got me back online and back to work in a couple hours. Fast forward to referring him to a family member of mine and let’s just say his customer service is nothing shy of amazing. If you’re reading this and considering giving him a call for a big issue or a small issue don’t think any longer just pick up the phone and give him a call. Honesty is his #1 policy
