New company inquiry started pretty well with Susan Lewis responding within the day. However, they booked a physical meeting and then did not follow up on repeated messages. Felt completely ghosted. Very disappointing and wasteful of time. I had high hopes after the first interaction. Giving this two stars because Susan did call initially, else the staff interactions are definitely 1 star.
I had called and left a message with Susan's assistant, to which she followed up with a call back pretty quickly. Seemed like a very nice person. During our conversation, she mentioned that she would have someone call me again to make an appointment for a face to face at a later date. I waited for 3 days with no such call. I called and left a message which was never returned. Then one more time I left a message with a live person who said that the person who made the appointments was out, but again, no call back.
