I highly recommend SERVPRO! We used SERVPRO in February this year when our kitchen flooded. It was a very stressful situation and we didn’t know the extent of the damage right away. The SERVPRO crew came to our house within hours of our call and started the restoration process which included removal of tile and cabinets as well as using several large fans and dehumidifiers to dry the floor and drywall. After a few days Tony and his team were back at the house testing for remaining moisture and mold. Once we had the all clear my insurance company informed us the kitchen was a complete loss and had to be rebuilt. I spent the next several weeks working with my insurance company and trying to find my own contractors to now replace my entire kitchen. Having a full time day job this was extremely difficult and beyond stressful. When Jodi Thorton called to see how everything was going I updated her on my progress and explained how overwhelming the process was to find all of the different contractors I would need to build my kitchen. Once Jodi told me that SERVPRO performed Building and Reconstruction Services I requested her to do the work on the spot! Jodi was extremely professional and personable and managed every aspect of our kitchen rebuild! Every person that Jodi used on our project was on time, professional, and made sure they cleaned up after their work was completed.
