Casey is so helpful and kind. She took the extra time to fit my glasses perfectly and continues to help me adjust to them. Her patience and expertise means a lot to me. Both Eye Doctors on staff are great. My husband and I go there yearly.
The doctor was a friendly and professional lady; however, the staff was not the best. I requested that they release my records to my new eye doctor, and they gave me a hard time. Nicole was not collaborating to send a release form to my new doctor so I could complete it and get the record. I'm glad I'm not going back with them.
