Cindy at the front was so rude. When I walked in she asked me where I was from and when I answered which neighborhood and that we built she condescendingly responded with “oh, Ryan homes?”. We didn’t build with Ryan homes but she was snobby to say the least. Be prepared for the builder to man-splain everything to you as if you are a 5 year old and did zero research

Nick is extremely difficult to do business with and is very pushy. He wants you to choose the designs HE wants rather than what you want. The homes are beautiful, but if you can't have a positive experience with the builder it takes away from the excitement of building your own home.

Nick at Oak Hill Builders helped me design and build my home over 24 years ago. I have never had a problem with any of the construction work, detail work, windows, basement...etc..in all the years! He builds a fantastic house - one to last! Oak Hill builds custom homes... not Specs homes! Each home is built per the clients requirements and their time frame. With the effects of Covid now, some building materials may take a little longer to get in. But, his team is top notch and they do not start a house if they cannot get the materials to get it enclosed. My hat is off to Nick and team for many, many. many years of building in the Naperville and surrounding areas.
