Just finished my 8th tattoo removal procedure and it is so faint now! Their treatments work really well. Nurse Kate was so kind and gentle and the Patient Care Coordinator Jocelyn gave me the tea for some pre-laser numbing! I typically don't use the numbing cream because it takes longer to work than the laser treatment itself because my tattoo is small. But Jocelyn suggested putting an ice pack on it for a few minutes while I was waiting to go into the room and when I tell you it worked PHENOMENALLY! I usually jump at the first laser contact but I barely felt it. So pro-tip: Use ice right before your session to numb .
