I saw Tina for massage sessions for 10 months starting last fall, and I'm so glad I found her! I'd been having issues with lower back pain when I first scheduled an appointment, and from the first phone call I could tell I would be in good hands. Between that call and my first appointment, I'd also developed vertigo episodes that got worse with tension in my neck and upper back. Regular massages with Tina helped tremendously, and I haven't had regular episodes since last December. I reached out to In Touch when I was having a medical procedure done that would benefit from lymphatic massage afterwards. I had a quick response from Tina and she gave me so much knowledge and information regarding the process that by the time my first appointment came, I felt ready and at ease about the process. She took the time to get to know my specific situation and needs, informed me again in more depth of the massage process, and then gave me the massage. It was very calming and therapeutic. Tina is a great life coach. She helps you break through the noise and clutter going on in your life and or brain. She genuinely cares about you and helping you reach your goals and potential. Tina will assist you in seeing things through different perspectives as well. I would definitely recommend In Touch Therapies.
