I have been a monthly patient of Faith since December of 2013. I can tell you that she has dramatically increased my knowledge about how my body works. She is so much more than a massage therapist to me; she is a body well-being coach! I can now wake up in the morning and feel rested, refreshed and ready to go because of the nutritional and body awareness knowledge that she has blessed me with.On the massage home-front, it took quite some time to relax all of the tense muscles in my back due to work related stress. Even though I’m a senior, I try to maintain an active lifestyle. In my 40s, I hiked and rock climbed regularly in the Rockies. I loved whitewater rafting. Skating has been my passion since college. After a severe ankle injury on black ice requiring several surgeries, my activities were reduced to biking and freestyle skating. As I got older, I developed severe osteoarthritis, bone spurs, and immobility issues in my injured ankle, which required frequent visits to a massage therapist.
