The service gentleman was thorough and very explanatory. He was frank about the status of my AC unit. He provided an approximate cost for cleaning service or replacement.He took pictures and showed me the factory label that showed the manufacturing date and purchase date. He also reached out to Green Aire to schedule an appointment for the next day for someone to come out and discuss my options. All in all a satisfactory experience.
Laslo and Jose were very courteous and informative. They removed old furnace and humidifier and replaced new ones in a very timely fashion. When finished, everything was reviewed and explained thoroughly. Really appreciate the professionalism. Thank you for a smooth experience. And we opted to do the Ease program. Very reasonable..
