I went back to this Great Clips location off of 75th St. in Naperville yesterday after not going for 9 years. Jen was my stylist and I really liked her. She listened to what went wrong with my last haircut at Great Clips in Bolingbrook and saw the differences in length and worked her magic to try to blend everything in to correct it. Bye bye Bolingbrook, you lost my business. Hello Jen, I’ll be back! I was very pleased with Jen as a stylist and the results.
I did make an appointment but walk ins are welcome. Prices are fair and stylists are really quick. Natalie (I believe) cut my hair in about 30min (keep in mind I had a lot of really long hair) and did a great job! You can tell the girls all know what they’re doing.
I saw all the bad reviews and let me tell you, I understand that maybe one day this place was not good, but as of today you need to go here. The Price is good! Especially compared to other hair cut places in the area. My pocketbook is on a budget, and after going here, even if I had no budget limitations, I would still come here. When you're going for a hair cut the biggest concern is how the job gets done--what does it look like afterwards, how does the employee listen to your envisioned request then make it come to life?
