Took my first class at the F45 in Naperville in February and now I’m addicted! Saturday classes are my favorite. If you are a newbie to lifting, don’t worry because the coaches do a great job at making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend F45!

F45 is wonderful! The coaches are so encouraging and welcoming. Everyone who participates is friendly, and there's a sense of community. The music is great during class, and the workouts are challenging.
