I had a wonderful experience with Joann and Alice. They erected very pleasant to work with. Joann pick out great frames and helped me step out of my comfort zone with a different kind of frame then I’m use too. Joann was patient and helpful as I took my time deciding. I love the frame I eventually chose. Overall 10/10 experience!

I was highly impressed with the level of customer service and satisfaction offered at this location. Mrs. Taylor was very helpful in sourcing a frame replacement for my kid glasses; and went extra mile in helping us temporarily fix the broken frame.

JoAnn is a legend!! I have had my new glasses for a few weeks now and they fit amazing and I never would have selected them without her help! She was kind and patient while I tried on SO many pairs, I had such a great experience and I was so glad she was able to help my Dad as well! The whole staff is amazing but JoAnn’s ability to listen to what a customer is looking for and help find glasses that fit someones face, head, and personality, is such a skill!
