Let me state from the beginning that I would definitely use them again. The end result was amazing, and I am well please with the workmanship of the siding repair and roofing, and the window wrapping was perfect. My house was damaged immensely during a hailstorm, and the partnership of Midwestern Adjusters and Elite Restoration was a welcomed relief. The process from start to finish was not without a few hiccups here and there, but the communication process with them was flawless. My roof was replaced by Elite Restoration four years ago. The work was done quickly and excellently. Recently, I noticed that one shingle was not lying flat and was concerned it might lead to a roof leak. I contacted the company, and they sent Mr. Pariz Rivera, a quality control specialist, to my home within an hour. He fixed the issue promptly, even though the roof was already past its warranty period. They did not charge me anything. I truly appreciate their efficient, professional, and kind service.
