Been going here for 35 years about. Has been a slow decline as they keep merging, adding technology and bending to woke culture. What used to be my local primary care doctor has turned into a conglomerate of trash.

At my last appointment I was asked to allow them to use a voice analyzing software which helps summarize the appointment. So, it does the job I am paying them to do. However, these types of technology are known for issues with how voice recordings are saved/used. Also, anything connected to the internet can be hacked. And Apple is one of the least trustworthy companies on the planet.

Very poor communication here. I went to the doctor for a check up, the doctor recommended that I get a flu shot and that insurance would pay for it. Either the doctor was incompetent or wanted to squeeze extra money out of me, because it was not covered by insurance. The doctor should have clarified that insurance covering the shot was not always a guarantee. When I explained this to the Representive, I felt as if I was being gaslit. I expect better from those who went to school for over a decade and are “experts” in their profession

What a joke!!! Do not come here!!! I would say 95% of the receptionist there are a joke!!! Warned them 45 min before the appointment that we would be running late due to weather and was told about the grace window to be there and was told we should be fine because of the weather and its a Tuesday early morning appointment. Walked in one minute after the 15 min grace window and was told the doctor told his staff we needed to reschedule the appointment for our 2 year old we drove 45 min to. Have used this place for over a decade and it has reached rock bottom unfortunately and we will definitely be going elsewhere from now on.
