The company was great. Setting up an appointment was easy. They sent me the name and a photo of our service tech James. James call before arrival to see if he could come a little early. Which worked for us.
He was awesome. Asked about particular concerns & issues. He got out 2 old stains (ink). We had carpets cleaned in 3 rooms.
