I needed a new keyboard for my Dell laptop. Skyler did a great job at a reasonable price. "He knows his stuff" AND was calm and forthright w/o any sales "drama", which I much appreciated.

Absolutely amazing service and quality from DPC Computer Repair and Don. Came to them with a non-functioning work laptop keyboard and a failed battery. Had urgent client meetings with all documentation on the laptop. DPC managed to source the parts locally (they had to personally drive to another suburb to do so), rather than ordering them, had the laptop repaired and returned to me the same day. All at an incredibly reasonable price. In the process, probably also saved the loss of my client as a customer. Would never again go to anybody else for computer needs.

This is the 2nd time DPC Computer Repair has fixed my PC and I couldn't be happier with their work. In fact, the first time they did work for me, several other computer repair businesses said they couldn't fixy PC and one of them suggested! I take it to DPC because they are the best. The DPC folks are friendly and take the time to explain everything without making the customer feel like an idiot like some computer repair people unfortunately do. In both my experiences wit DPC, the work was done quickly and the prices were so reasonable that I was surprised both times.
