Dr. Cowart and his staff are top notch!! They are all so kind and accommodating! I started seeing Dr. Cowart a couple of years ago due to persistent upper back pain. Within a few weeks I was pain free. When I started having persistent lower back pain I did not hesitate to reach out to them and they got me in same day. Dr. Cowart takes his time with each patient to explain what is happening to cause the pain and what needs to be done by him and the patient to fix it. I would recommend him to anyone. I have only good things to say!

Dr. Cowart is the best! He listens to your issues and has a vast knowledge of human anatomy to help target the appropriate treatment. His many years of experience help him to understand what works and what doesn’t, which all of his patients benefit from the most. If you are hurting and/or just not feeling 100%, see Dr. Cowarts before going to traditional doctors who never seem to be interested in treating root cause, just prescribing pharma bandaids. Also, both he and his staff are the friendliest & most genuinely kind people I have ever met!!!
