Let me start off by saying I've had some bad experiences with injectors and even plastic surgeons. So I've debated about book in this for some time, when I finally did nerves set in! Right from the start Patrick greeted me early and even took me early! This was great because I was on time crunch (had to be to work). He explained things to me I wasn't familiar with at all in regards to treating the areas. I proceeded with the treatment and it was painless! The end result was AMAZING. I have been going to concierge for over 10 years. All employees are very knowledgeable on the treatments and products that they offer. They help you to choose what would give you the result you are looking for. The injectors are all highly medically trained and very exacting. The estheticians are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The front desk staff are amazing. If you are ever unhappy about a service for any reason, their customer service is amazing and they will make it right. Pricing is fair and similar to other businesses.
I can't say enough about Concierge. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted by Patty, who is friendly and always remembers me, helps me schedule appointments and assists with my account navigation. Bridget is AWESOME ~ She carefully studies my face and skin, and listens to my goals and discusses possible treatment plans to help me look my very best. Her gentle touch is a definite plus!
