I started therapy with Alysaa at Brigeview for me and my daughter .All staff are wonderful and considerate.Alsaa had been doing a wonderful job. I am in a place where i am feeling great within a short period of time . She is a wonderful motivator ,a guide in experiencing your innerself analyzing and finding out different ways of coping up skills .I was recently diagnosed with PTSD and had been taking pills.My sleep was off routine.Now i can feel and see a new experience with Alysaa that motivates and encourage me to do a self research on lot coping up mechanism to be on routine and balance things to move forward as a person and family as a whole.Feel a lot of inner peace ,understanding,acceptance,let go off my past and unwanted thoughts,worries to gfade away and happiness to take over.We have satisfied and been greatful for all that they have done.Pray for all of them to be more and more successful in what they do to impact so many people's lives. Also Allen is my spouse's therapist and been a awesome person to work with.So much transformation on my spouse's perspective towards life and how to handle things with ease and confidence.Both Alysaa and Allen are a great life changers in our lives.So much gratitude for what they are doing .They will remain as a part of our extended family forever whereever we go or wherever we move on.Want to recommend Bridgeview for anyone i know off.Thanks for being there for us.

EXTREMELY disappointed. At first it seemed Jane Klingberg was going to be a great therapist, but at the end of the day she ended up being money hungry and only caring about herself. She also violated HIPAA and tried to save her ass by leaving me a shaky voice mail with lots of "uhm"s and a very quick "k bye" stating that she is a "mandated reporter" and that was her reason for breaking the law. Firstly, she called my mother who she DOES NOT have a release for because I missed an appointment. Even as a mandated reporter, if she was so "concerned for my safety" she had no right to reach out to my mom, I'm way over 18 years old. Secondly, her job as a "mandated reporter" would be to reach out to law enforcement. After she did this, I pointed it out and a few other things I was uncomfortable with and then came the voicemail which addressed none of my concerns except for her "mandated reporter" BS (again, her trying to save her ass). She also does not listen, I came into a session and she asked if I wanted to do a craft and I specifically told her "not today, I think talk therapy would be best for today". She then proceeded to the craft/game room anyway and forced me to do a craft that was completely irrelevant to me and my mental health. She also seems spacey and like she doesn't quite listen or pay attention, as I had to remind her repeatedly about a certain part of a trauma. Once or twice I could understand, I get it, you see other clients, but every session!? She also likes to talk about her problems in session, who's the therapist here, Jane? It's just such a letdown because she seemed so great at first, but was truly just such a disappointment. Bridgeview, you need to do better, I genuinely feel I'm worse off than when I started seeing Jane. AND to add to all of that, they removed my review as it's not a positive one, luckily I saved it, people should know the truth.

Highly recommend. Everyone is passionate about their client's health and well-being. Therapists apply a holistic approach and different modalities as needed. Calm nurturing environment.
