I’m on the phone with our CPA right now because our estimates for business through the end of the year were way off. So we’re going through new year-end numbers and making on-the-fly adjustments to payroll for the last two months of the year to manage taxes, etc. Literally re-calculating our taxes for 2023 real-time. So helpful.This level of responsiveness is something I’ve never experienced with a CPA before. And during all of it she texted us a picture of her new dog. Lol.Really great people to work with.

Had AMC do my taxes for the first & last time. After AMC did my 2020 taxes, I received multiple letters, IN SEPTEMBER of additional charges & penalties. What really gets me is, one letter read that the incorrect amount was paid. Therefore, not only did I have to pay the correct amount that should’ve been paid, there’s a LATE FILING FEE applied. The real slap-in-the-face. I called AMC accounting SIX TIMES. Ann Marie simply had her staff tell me that, “she’s very busy”. WOW … How unprofessional! She wasn’t too busy to cash my check for her subpar services.
