I got my lashes done on Tuesday and followed her instruction of not touch water for 24 hrs. but the lashes still are falling. one or two daily, then, today, it was messy so i combed it softly and it was like snowing. none of the fallen ones are attached to my own lashes so they are just not glue right. and at checkout, they charges me extra fee for master lash tech or smth, without giving me a heads up at the beginning. Doesn’t felt like I was treated right. the produce I received was pretty but frustrating. I am willing to give other tech a chance but this is a master lash tech so idk.

Hi, as a first time customer my experience was good. My tech was nice and very knowledgeable. My 3 star review is because I started losing lashes within hours of leaving my appt yesterday and still losing some today. I did call and was told I could come in within 5 days of my appt to get them fixed but I live almost 2 hours away in which I stated that also. So i feel my 110 dollars were wasted.

Every time I come to this location,its usually because something bad happened at the orland park one. I am glad this one is here. They always treat me well, and understand customer service. I am going to become a regular for this location moving forward. Wonderful lash stylist and wonderful desk staff the great you. Thank you for always being so kind and professional and making me feel like a person with a membership should. If you are looking to be treated well you can't go wrong coming here.
