I have been seeing Dr. Rajuu for nearly 4 years, and she has consistently provided excellent care. She is incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. From the moment she walks into the room, she makes you feel comfortable and heard. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them thoughtfully. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Rajuu.
My entire experience at this Advocate location was a 10/10. Bobette was so lovely and helpful. I truly appreciated her warmth and kindness. She’s a wonderful person to have greeting patients and checking them in. Ronny, who took my bloodwork, was also very kind and personable. And Dr. Raju, whom I met for the first time, listened to my health history, never rushed me, approved me for my surgery, and was, again, very kind. Despite having a lot done, my visit was quick. The entire place is extremely efficient!
The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Not only did everyone welcome me, but also was attentive and provided excellent care, patience and understanding. 3 people I'd like to shout is: Dr. Luu, Guillermo and Alyssa. All 3 were kind and helpful. I went through a very traumatic situation and they were just the absolute best with helping me and hearing me
