ever dealt with a more communicative, responsive and dedicated company. I had been trying to find a good contractor for years. My furnace had been inoperable for three years until, thank goodness, I found Heartland heating. Due to my past experiences with contractors I was apprehensive and did not know what to expect, but Ben Hadley and his team of technicians made sure that I was taken care of. Heartland made sure that the job was done correctly, returning to ensure that the installation was up to standard, which gave me extraordinary peace of mind. 12/10 stars! We had an emergency on Christmas Eve where kitchen sink wouldn’t drain (not the best timing with Christmas dinner) and they came out within 45minutes & fixed it! They could have charged us an arm & a leg, but was reasonable & we will use again for any future needs!
Big shout out to a wonderful team that came out today from Heartland Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing MaKenna and David! Heartland has always been good to me but today hit close to home. As an alum of SIUC Automotive Technology, seeing women in trades warms my heart and gives me hope that the blue collar industry keeps welcoming women into the workforce. MaKenna was professional and knowledgeable and David was a wonderful mentor. Love that a young woman worked on my HVAC!!! Thank you Heartland for not only doing wonderful work as always but for welcoming women into the field! Had to take a picture with them because I'm so impressed and proud! ?
