I called them in a panic due to my drains flooding the lady who answered the phone was so nice and sweet and got the call dispatched immediately. Within 10 mins of talking with her john called me and said he would be out to look and see if he could help that same day. Within an hour he was at the house and fixed the problem. I am so thankful for their service and them being so quick to response. It is greatly appreciated! John was very nice and explained to me what could have caused the issue and what I could do to find where my septic tank is and all the pipes etc. So very helpful. Called Grammer when septic was in alarm and install company wouldn’t come out. Grammer came within 1 hour and was so knowledgeable and was able to reassure us the systems was operational. Thank you. Cannot say enough about the service and coming so soon. Definitely recommend.
