Tony came out and diagnosed the problem. He was professional and very kind as he explained the problem. I requested to wait for a fix until Monday. He was able to convey that to the office. I was called on Sunday by Kyle telling me that I was placed on the schedule for the following morning. Jake came out promptly on Monday. He was very professional and worked diligently to fix the issue and install a new panel. Thank you to Burke Electric for your wonderful team. A smart guy owns it, and he hires smart people. If you can wait for them to fit you in for your residential needs, do so! You will be well rewarded in the physical and intellectual integrity of their work. They did a Generac installation for me that got a little tricky at the end and they were extremely competent in their ability to problem solve. I received 5-star courtesy and service throughout.“
