I called to ask for a quote about an electrical issue and the gentleman asked what was going on, so I explained the situation and he walked me through how to fix it step by step on the phone, no charge. I tried to get a cashapp or something to give a tip and he said no worries, just an act of gratitude for Thanksgiving coming up. Amazing customer service and so sweet!! 💜

Okay, just had to write this review to put a previous 2-star reviewer and his “residential” experience into perspective. All Electric is involved in many commercial projects for a reason. A smart guy owns it, and he hires smart people. If you can wait for them to fit you in for your residential needs, do so! You will be well rewarded in the physical and intellectual integrity of their work. They did a Generac installation for me that got a little tricky at the end and they were extremely competent in their ability to problem solve. I received 5-star courtesy and service throughout.
