The is the second time I've had to put a roof on a house. The first time (different house, and with another company) was quite a headache. Multiple callbacks, installation issues, shoddy work, arguments, finally after a couple weeks we got everything sorted out, but it took a huge amount of work. When we needed to put a roof on our current house, I was prepared for a similar experience. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth and painless this was!
