This was hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had with regards to having my taxes done. From inquiring and making an appointment, to the appointment itself, Donna made everything worry free. Professional, warm, and highly competent-my experience with her was outstanding. Her pricing was highly competitive and her willingness to go the extra mile far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Virginia!!!1. Positive vibes all around, welcoming atmosphere2. Patience of a saint, and doesn't mind repeating herself*usually with my ADD, some people will become impatient of my lack of focus but she repeated herself as if I was not an idiot (I notice things like that)3. Works well with the disabled, since she is a veteran herself.4. Doesn't mind to do the small talk, not all strictly business, and I love that, being able to personalize with customers and be willing to do so5.
