The experience actually started with the phone call I made, to inquire about an appointment and explain my dental concerns! Alex spent nearly 30 mins just chatting with my boyfriend and myself about our dental needs. He took true time on the phone to explain things to us. I had my visit yesterday and was nearly in tears given my previous visit (to a local practice). The moment you step inside Smile Patient, it just feels different. I have been a patient of Smiling Patient Dental Care since December 2023, when my wife recommended them as I had a toothache at the site of a previous implant and my prior dentist had retired. My wife had raved about Dr. Bianca Malin and Smiling Patient Dental Care for many years. Dr. Malin took an Xray and diagnosed an infection that had caused severe bone degeneration and referred me to oral surgeon Barry Cherny. Dr. Cherny removed the failed implant and installed a double implant and bridge that solved my problem.
