I’m 75 years old, and I went to physical therapy for my hand and shoulder. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The therapists were patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me understand each exercise. My strength and movement have improved so much, and I feel more confident using my hand and shoulder again. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m super happy with the results and very grateful for their care !
I highly recommend this place! I have suffered from ongoing symptoms from Lyme disease for years - headaches, fatigue, and muscle and joint aches. Peter provided exceptional help with his hands-on therapy, which made a huge difference for me. I also used their hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which was a great addition to my treatment, helping with my joint pain.
I came to PDR with stomach pain and acid reflux after trying different doctors who couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I had been on medications for a while with no real improvement. After seeing PDR’s website, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! This therapy works wonders. They focused on something called fascia (a term I’d never heard from any of my doctors), and it turns out that was the issue in my case. My symptoms are improving with every session.
The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and everyone is super nice to talk to. Scheduling was also quick and hassle-free.
