I do recommend for variety of treatments and the quality of service, however, I won't be back. After many visits, being on time and no cancellations on my part, I had just one incident when I forgot about the appointment and was charged $50 as a result. Despite the website no show policy stating, when repeated no shows or cancellations would result in a charge, my case wasn't so and yet I was billed regardless. unfair and no understanding
Walking into Papillon Salon and Spa feels like stepping into a serene oasis, instantly removed from the daily grind. The soft music and subtle aroma of lavender and chamomile immediately lowered my shoulders. I booked a customized facial, and the entire experience was incredible.
My esthetician Halinka ,was wonderfully knowledgeable. After a careful skin assessment, she incorporated a gentle botanical enzyme exfoliant and followed it with a rich, cooling hyaluronic acid mask that smelled beautifully of fresh Lavender and Algaes. I’ve tried a few treatments at Papillon — facials, eye treatments, laser, and most recently the Q Peel. Honestly, it’s one of the best treatments I’ve ever had! It helped to smooth out the wrinkles, tighten the skin and gave it nice glow. They are very knowledgeable and honest — they always recommend what’s best for your skin without pushing anything unnecessary. Mariola and Halinka are amazing. I highly recommend them!
