Lane is a true healer!!! I had my first ever massage yesterday with Lane and I didn't know what to expect, but he made me feel so calm, comfortable, and truly cared for. He understood where I needed healing better than I did or any doctors I've seen lately. Lane's touch was gentle, warm, and so healing. Lane's hands hold pure magic. And now I'm a monthly member and he's stuck with me as a client forever. Thank you Lane! ❤

I absolutely LOVE the Mount Prospect ME! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Lindsey is an awesome manager. She genuinely cares about YOU and your self care routine. I have been a member for awhile now. After COVID, the number of credits I had was alarming. I tried “freezing” my account throughout but it didn’t go through or I had to go in to give the document to a manager. When Lindsey took over, she also took the hassle away. She helped me manage my membership so I could use credits instead of accruing them. I greatly appreciated the front desk ladies who checked in with me on the status of my “frozen” account.
