such a pleasant experience. we had a broken phone and originally thought just the screen was broken. he took a closer look (for free) and told us exactly what was wrong and was very real with us. he told us he could put in a new battery but there were tons of complications. we decided ourselves we were just going to get a new one and he luckily had a refurbished one available. he helped us transfer everything and figure out the new phone, and put on a new screen protector for free. he was super kind and we will definitely be coming back here for future issues!
Needed a screen replacement for my iPhone. The staff showed me the issue then replaced the screen very quickly. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend before going to Apple for repairs or replacement.
This place was great. Shaw helped me out as a I needed a whole glass repair on the back of my phone. He was great, knowing his stuff throughout everything. He walked me through on how to repair. Very nice and intelligent. Go to this place if you need any help!
