“Went in without an appointment, and was still helped promptly. Met Maggie, super friendly and polite. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and only had a vague idea but she was able to hit it perfectly based on my less than helpful description.

The whole staff did seem very nice though admittedly I didn't interact with them much.
