Lately our experiences at various Great Clips have been disappointing. The stylists have all been grouchy and the haircuts have been alarming...but not today! I took my son to this Great Clips location, because we were tired of the ones in Palatine, Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove. I read the promising reviews for this location and gave them a go. We had a short wait (as usual, which is why we keep coming back to Great Clips) and had a very pleasant and cheerful stylist named Jillian. She was so sweet and very careful not to cut off any hair that didn't need to be cut off. She was informative with her process and was quite successful in taming a stubborn cowlick!...read full review
