**100 out of 10 hands down** My son is a level 3 non-verbal autistic child who does NOT like new people touching him at all. Dr. Brown was extremely gentle. Did not use force of any kind and manage to get a basic eye exam done without the use of the equipment he would normally use. I personally think this is extremely awesome and would Highly Recommend him for parent with autistic children who need eye exams for school. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Brown always takes his time to do a thorough examination and explains anything that I ask him to. I have always had good service with the girls that help with glasses as well. I can take them back in and have them readjusted anytime I need to.
