Dr. Brown always takes his time to do a thorough examination and explains anything that I ask him to. I have always had good service with the girls that help with glasses as well. I can take them back in and have them readjusted anytime I need to.

My son got his first haircut here! Joni is a beautiful woman with lots of patience for children. She loves my kids as if they were her own. She is an extraordinary, lovely, bubbly soul and I would trust her to tell me what would look best hair wise.
In leau of just stopping in to purchase a required flapper for a Gerber toilet I called in to see if they had the flapper in their inventory. The office personnel was very efficient, kept me on the line while he visually check his inventory and brought the flapper to the service counter for me to pickup. My only concern was that he went to another room to use my credit card for payment and print a receipt.
JD is a nice guy and seems well versed in diesel and auto repair.It is a little hard to find due to a small sign at end of long driveway. Plus there are no telephone numbers is sight.No Covid-19 protections in place or used.JD is currently working on my Dodge Caravan A/C.Update: JD fix the a/c and now it blowing extremely cold air!I left another van to work on.His rate is $80/hr.Update 7/22/22So my second van got some repairs.JD found an A/C leak that had been patched by someone else with hose. He told me the clamps were lose and he tightened them and it was good to go after his testing and feon fill. He should have replace the hose with pipe and compression fitting! It leaked and failed within a week. I notified JD and told him I would verify...after a death in our family I got back to it and it was bad. I texted JD and he told me he has no warranty on his work!Okay, charges $80/hr and has NO warranty on his work. He obviously does not want repeat customers and really does not want to work on cars...he's a big rig kinda of guy. So change your name, removing Autos and state in writing that you do not warranty your work.So honest, NO.JD is friendly, but that doesn't do it for me.I'm going to have to go to court to resolve the monetary issue.I can not and will NOT recommend Duncan diesel under this business model.Stay away without any warranty on your work!Shame on you JD!As always, if you like this review please give it a thumbs up!
