The service is always excellent and the staff is so knowledgeable. We don’t live in Morton, but it’s well worth the drive to come here versus any of the pool businesses closer to us- near Bloomington. Highly recommend!
I had tiki pool and spa come to my house to give an estimate for repairing my hot tub. They were able to send a technician over later that same week. I wasn’t home when he came, but he left a detailed written invoice and then called me the next day to further discuss the repairs needed. The technician seemed knowledgeable, however, I was taken aback by the fact that he only had prices prepared for a replacement estimate, not for a repair estimate, which was the service I was seeking from their company. Great service and great product knowledge! You have to go see the guys and beautiful lady at Tiki for all of your pool and hot tub needs! Everyone has to remember that they are under new ownership and they are killing it!!
