We chose Terri to provide a "deep clean" of a 2200 sq ft ranch that was very dirty. House was empty/unoccupied. Terri did very detailed pre-inspection and discussion of our expectations. She provided a cost range of best/worst case expense ($476-$676) to provide the "deep clean" we specified. They were in the house 1 1/2 days. At the end of first day we reviewed results for what they said was done, pointed out many specific and obvious things that were still filthy dirty!
