Always GREAT job done on my nails. But when I contact them by message 4 times without a response, I called them. They didn’t even say hello. Answered “you’re harassing me”. That was it for me. I’m not the most important customer but you don’t treat ANYONE like that if they’re paying for your service. Lost me forever because this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems. I gave them a second chance & shouldn’t have.
I just became a Mortonite in ‘23 — and I love having a favorite nail salon — and I have had 4 nearly perfect experiences here!
The salon is clean & cheerful — plus a lovely mix of nice relaxing mix of music !
They are always kind and polite and give such attention and detail — plus a nice reward program that has already saved me $15!

I just had the best nail appointment of my life! I had the nail tech Di. She was organized, clean, paid VERY close attention to detail, and on top of that was kind and friendly. We also had a great conversation:) I always get dip and this was easily the best dip manicure I’ve ever had. Thank you Di!☺
