“Naturescape did an Aeration on my lawn. While doing it the employee hit one on my baby Aspen trees putting a large gash in the tree. I understand that accidents can happen. But getting to the point why I would recommend this company is because the next day the manager come out and sincerely apologized about the mistake and asked "What would you like us to do to take care of this?" I said it would be best to replace the tree and with no argument he said "Then that is exactly what we will do. He said he didn't want to put a band-aid on the problem and was up front about the issue which I greatly appreciated. I have been doing business with Naturescape going on fifteen years and in those fifteen years there have some been problems but they have always been quick to correct the situation. Lastly they do great work. We are all human and won't always be perfect. If you're looking for a company that you can trust I would recommend them to help maintain your yard.Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance“
