Kaiser Electrical wired our entire home while it was being built which included 400 amp residential service (320 amps), and prewiring for a Generac generator. We had Kaiser install the Generac generator a few years later. Kaiser also wired an outbuilding several years later with 200 amp service. Kaiser is always professional, courteous, neat, and punctual. Kaiser can be trusted to do a great job whether it's a whole house wiring or adding an outlet, light fixture, or ceiling fan.

About a year ago Kaiser did work for me. I had used their services before and always had been happy. Unfortunately, this time there were some mistakes made. The important thing here is that mistakes happen. What matters most is how a company responds.
I have never worked with a company that responded so well, promptly, and completely to rectify a problem. They went over and above the call of duty.
Kaiser did not charge me for the original work or the rework and made good on everything I asked them for to resolve the situation. I didn't even ask for the original work... read full review

I called their offices, their secretary answered the phone with a gruff "kaiser electric", and so I politely introduced myself and asked if their company was hiring. I was immediately hung up on. I called back so as to affirm that that's how she wanted to be, and the phone was picked up and hung up again upon recognition of my number. I consider that highly unprofessional.
