Just want to share our wonderful experience with North Coast Sewer and Drainage. We first met them a couple years ago when we were looking for a company to install a flood control system for our single family home. After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with North Coast and they did not disappoint. Quick and efficient, clean and very clear on communications. We were very pleased with the result. They come service the system annually and send us reminders when it's time to schedule. Very easy to work with, great quality and their price is the best in town. We decided to hire them again this summer for another project on our old leaking cast iron drain stack. We needed help urgently and they sent a team over very quickly to get it fixed. Their staff is very knowledgable and extremely friendly. They got the pipe fixed in just a little over an hour and they offered us a very honest and affordable pricing. We're very grateful for their help and will definitely keep using them for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

North Coast was recommended to me by a friend, and I will be recommending/using them in the future.
We had a sewer emergency and Yvonne in the office was extremely helpful and got the information to the plumber, Eric, who was on another job. They were able to get me a verbal quote and set up a time to start the work. Eric called back later to confirm the appointment. His team showed up ON TIME and completed the excavation, repair, and restoration in a day in the freezing cold. A+ highly recommend.

North Coast was great from start (estimate) to finish (timely and tidy). They replaced our lead water service, which involved working with the Village, pulling permits, work inside the house and digging outside of the house. Everything was completed efficiently, all of my questions were answered, and they even put down grass seed where the outside work was done. Highly recommend North Coast plumbing!

North Coast came out to finish up the repairs on my water line (going from a lead to copper line) and they also replaced a fill valve in one of the toilets in my home. Not only was the quality of their work exemplary, but they were super thorough in their explanations of their findings and what work still needed to be completed. Each person I worked with - including the ones in the office - were friendly and personable. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing, sewer, and drainage work that you need done for your home or business. Also, this is arguably the most important, they hung out with my 16-year-old senior dog that has dementia while they worked. He's so happy to have made some new friends, too. Thanks so much, guys, especially Eric, Tony, and Jesus!

Highly recommend North Coast. We had a clog in our sewer pipe due to using flushable wipes. (btw, no wipes are flushable regardless of what the packaging says.) We had 1 inch of water in our laundry room as a result. We had a company come as an emergency call to hydro jet the clog with success. They then proceeded to tell me that our newer pvc pipes were connected to old cracking and collapsing clay pipes that needed to be replaced and quoted me $6,400 for the work to replace the clay pipes. After receiving 4 estimates from various companies, North Coast deemed that we did not need any work done. Eric came by (on time) ran a camera through, had me run water throughout the house and showed me on the his camera that the old clay pipes weren't even a factor. He explained that the clay pipes were installed ages ago to old gutters to have the water flow underground. The clay pipes weren't even connected to our plumbing and served no purpose.Besides saving us a ton of money on imaginary work, Eric was professional, courteous and friendly and took almost an hour to diagnose the issue. He was thorough and took time to not only explain but also show me that there was no issues with our underground plumbing. And he didn't even want to charge me for the visit. C'mon, how often does that happen? I know there's companies with tons of glowing reviews (we had them out here too), but North Coast truly gave not just exceptional but honest service. We'll be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.
