We recently had our 17-year-old Chicago Dryer Ironer completely rebuilt. Equipment came out to the property, put together a proposal, parts were ordered, and the techs rebuilt the machine. It is quite and the sheets are coming out perfect. We will rebuild more equipment with them moving forward.

I've been working with Kyle, Sean and Brad from E.I. for the past couple of months and they have been great. Although machines break from time to time and the unexpected happens when you least expect it, they are a committed organization. I have to commend their excellence in following up, following through with their customer service. We have multiple locations based out of the Chicago-land area and they are always on top of the game when it comes to service calls, providing updates and being agile.

Great company to work with. Jeff in the parts department is very knowledgeable and makes life easy for us finding and ordering the parts we need in a timely fashion. Also the technicians are top notch.
