After scheduling an appt for service over the phone I didn't feel comfortable coming in because of the experience i had with the BDC department, but when i got there I asked for a servis advisor that speaks Polish so I can feel more comfortable and luckily there was one, Jessica, she made my service experience great, she was very kind, helpful, she went thru all my questions and concerns, explained everything, took care of me and my RS5 perfectly 👌. I highly recommend her. And thank you to the technician.

Great Experience !Recently I brought my car to the service department and was genuinely welcomed by Ryan, whom a I had a pleasure to meet earlier at Audi Dealer. Ryan again was very professional, friendly and made sure he answered every concern I had. During the whole process he kept me informed about service progress on daily basis with a knowledgable and transparent manners.
